Damage Deposit

• A $300 damage deposit will be charged to the credit card on file during the check in procedure on the day of the rental. The renter's name must be the name on the card, including corporate credit cards. The deposit will be refunded pending any damage found during the check out procedure.

Rental Policies

• Renters must be 25 years old to rent and operate a pontoon with a valid driver's license.
• Smoking on the pontoon or on the property of Rockvam Boat Yards, Inc. is prohibited.
• No pets allowed.
• No grills allowed.
• No kegs allowed.
• No cargo transports allowed.
• No portable gas cans allowed.
• No towing or tubing at any time (i.e. skiers, tubes, boats).
  
  

Parking Policy

• We allow three vehicles in our lot for every pontoon rental. This is enforced with parking permits. You will receive your parking permits when checking into your rental.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made 10 days prior to your rental date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 2 to 9 days prior to your rental date will receive a half refund.
- Cancellations made 2 days or less from your rental date will forfeit the entire rental cost.

Date Change Policy

- Date Changes can be made 10 days prior to your original rental date.
- Date Changes cannot be made 9 days or less before the original rental date. If you need to change your date, please reference the Cancellation Policy above.

Weather Policy

• Renters are required to call us regarding weather cancellations before the start time of their reservation.
• Weather cancellations on the day of your rental are acceptable if we are experiencing any of the following:
  • Rain
  • Lightning
  • Wind over 30 mph
• Weather conditions forecasted at 30% or less do not warrant a cancellation. This will be based on the forecast from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for Spring Park, MN.
• If a rental comes back due to one of the above weather conditions, the renter will be prorated for the remaining time left in their reservation.

Rockvam Boat Yards, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the rental at any time if it is deemed unsafe to be on the water.
